Peel off the thin layers to get the thickness needed. Each layer is .002" thick.

· Aluminum - Alloy 1100, lighter and more corrosion resistant than brass. Rockwell hardness is B4-B6.

· Brass - Alloy 260, nonmagnetic and corrosion resistant. Rockwell hardness B59-B77.
