· Prevents damage to the bolt and joint by absorbing stresses from flange movement due to mechanical shock and thermal expansion. Maintains tension and prevent bolts from loosening in flange applications. Applications: Piping, compression joints, and valve and pump connections.

· Stainless Steel - Excellent corrosion resistance, may be mildly magnetic.

· Steel - Made of C1060-C1075 Steel.
